The pancakes are flavorful with a slightly nutty taste. It makes about 15 x 4 inch wide pancakes.

Ingredients: white flour, wheat bran, wheat germ, flax meal, baking powder and salt. It requires milk or buttermilk, two eggs and 1/3 cup melted butter or oil.
